My 1976 Ford F100 was born with a straight six. I purchased the truck from a friend that used it as a old farm truck. It was full of mud, grass, and covered in southern surface rust. Over a 12 year period, the truck has been taking apart several times to replace every component from bottom to top. We have settled with a Ford 429, C6 tranny and a Ford factory nodular posi trac rear. It rides on 15x7 and 15x8.5 American Racing wheels wrapped BF Goodrich tires. Jet Hot Long tube headers with custom 2 1/2 exhaust exiting out the back.
My next plans are to install a Holley Sniper system and Vintage Air A/C system. Then move to upgrading the suspension with coil overs and DJM lowering system. Finishing off the future plans is installing buckets seats to help with long distance rides.
