  • Vehicle Overview

The most unique part of the El Camino is the C-4 rear end we installed in 2019. It also has C-5 side mirrors. The other details are: Sniper EFI, Dakota dash, 700R4, TMI seat with hounds tooth inserts, power windows, LineX tinted bed, linear actuators for the tonneau cover, Dakota cruise control, Painless wiring, A/c and many other details! It's a great driver! This is the third time I've gone through the car over about fifteen years ownership.

    Future Plans

The next project is the installation of late model multi function bucket seats. We're trying to figure out how to get a pair working now. They're out of a 2015 6 series BMW. Then I'll have to decide on a new console.

Nice, I'm going through the seat dilemma also on my 45 year ownership of a '70 SS 396 El Camino. It will be the 3rd resto for me too. Thanks for sharing.
