    • Vehicle Overview

    2000 GMC Sonoma, all aluminum 5.3 with a NV3500 5 speed transmission. It’s currently a cam only motor running on Holley Terminator X with the Current Performance inter garrison harness so everything works, heat, a/c, radio, etc. Sitting on beltech 2” drop spindles up front, and stock leaf springs with one leaf flipped upside down for the lowering in the rear, and beltech shocks all the way around. The truck is a daily driver and gets driven on 4+ hour road trips with no problems and getting about 23 miles per gallon at 80 miles per hour. I also plan to autocross a lot more over the summer months and compete once again at Holley LS fest 2022.

    Future Plans

    I plan to paint the truck within the next year and put a posi rearend in with 3.73 rear gear. Also I’m hoping to get a new cam, intake and springs over the winter to reach the horsepower goal of 350 hp to the wheels.
