    I inherited this 48 3100 from my uncle. He purchased this truck the same year I was born back in 1968. He has driven this truck everywhere until some time during the 2000's when he parked it and was making plans to restore it. Well as always life gets in the way and he wasn't able to start on his project. I grew up with this truck and have always asked him to sell it to me. 20 years later he calls me up and asks me if I wanted the truck. YES I DO!!

    Future Plans

    Right now I just plan on get the wiring, brakes, door latches, and weather stripping updated, so I can putt around in it. Then I will upgrading the fuel and ignition systems. Followed by replacing the transmission from manual to 4 speed automatic keeping the same 6 in line. Then replacing the rear axel with a newer rear axel with disc brakes. Once that's all done, I will make the decision to repaint the truck back to it original color ( I'm not yet sure what that is.)
