This is an all original 1984 Ford Ranger “Wild Country Edition”. This is a dealer specific decal package and to my knowledge is the only one. This Ranger was purchased by the original owner (I am the second) from Violette Motors in Edmundston NB, Canada. I bought the truck with 67,000 original kilometres. I use this truck just like any other truck respectively. It will haul when It needs to, wether that be the atv, some wood, groceries, or a small boat for some Sunday fishing.

Future Plans

This truck is destined for a v8 swap, the ol 2.8 v6 just isn’t cuttin it anymore. The engine im using is a bored 30 over 1969 Ford 302 with stock cast iron D00E heads that have had a three angle valve job, and port matched. Im using an original 1976 Edelbrock Torker 289 intake with 625cfm Street Demon carb. The engine also has a 268H camshaft and long tube headers. This truck some day will be fully restored and re-painted with the decals air brushed into the paint to allow for easy waxing and polishing. This was my first car/truck and will never be letting it go.
