  • Vehicle Overview

The Witt Kit was pulled out of a barn, after sitting for almost 40 years in Ohio. Larry Witt raced the Gasser at Thompson Drag and Drag 42 in the late 60's and the 70's. The car had a 301 sbc and 4spd. The Witt dominate Street Eliminator Field back in the day. I was told Larry liked doing 9,000 rpm hole shoots and shifting in 2nd. gear while the wheels were still in the air. I have taking the body off, repair all the fiberglass (going to leave the body the way Larry had it) Got a newer frame, blasted it, painted it inside and out, moser 9'' big ford rear, Wilwood brakes all around, 383 stroker w/ tunnel ram & duel quad w/ 4spd

    Future Plans

Finish plumbing fuel and brake lines, rewire whole car,put it back together. And have car ready for 2020 Carlisle Corvette
