Vehicle Overview

1956 Chevy Truck 3200 (long wheelbase) mounted on a 2008 Ford Ranger XLT extra cab 4.0L V6 with trailer package, limited slip rear end, etc. Only 43,000 miles on the Ford chassis and engine! I'm not a fan of Chevy on top of Ford but all the measurements worked out so well!

Future Plans

Keep building! Little by little she'll get more roadworthy. I haven't had it on the highway yet but she drives around town without a problem! In the short term it needs stuff like a windshield, wood or other material bed flooring, a tailgate, etc. Big winter project is to remove bed, cab, and front clip for rust removal and rust inhibitor. The exterior will stay patina'd as you see it but the under belly, interior cab , interior engine compartment and bed will get spruced up with paint. I plan on driving this one until the wheels fall off. It's a fun project I can one day pass on to my kids...
