This truck came to me from a really good guy trying to raise a baby on minimum wage. On a way to a meeting He said "I've got an old pickup in my driveway, i could use the money, it runs, i want 300$". I said "say no more, ill pick up the cash on the way back from the meeting, I'll be out in a week or so to pick it up." its a miracle it made the 30 mile trip home; electrical system was shot, beginning with the resistance wire under the dash trying to reduce the voltage to the coil by a few volts. The good news is I am a 30yr journeyman shipfitter who gained an associates degree in electronics technology with 4.0 grades at 48 years old when i made a decision to wrap up/finish a failed mechanical engineering degree because i could not, could not, could not get Calculus.
