Vehicle Overview

An old farm truck I rescued out of Nashville, Tn. It has been the true definition of a "project." Most of the truck is the original metal. Only needed a "few" patches. The truck originally had an in-line 6, but has been swapped out to a 454 w/ a mild towing cam, long tube headers and it is currently being fed by a QF 750DP carb. The exhaust is 2 1/2" dual turndowns with magnaflows. I've added an electric fuel pump, relocated the fuel cell under the bed. I have converted it to a 5x5 lug pattern. The transmission is a 400th with a 3.73 geared rear end. It's sitting with a 3/5 drop on 20" staggered US Mag "Santa Cruz" wheels with 12.5" wide rear tires. The wiring has been upgraded to 21 circuit harness. All lights have been replaced with LED. We're starting to see a small glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel.

Future Plans

The paint scheme will be 2-toned yellow and white. The interior will be all black leather. I have a black leather 60/40 split bench seat from a 2023 Tahoe waiting to be put in. Dakota gauges and tilt steering will be added. The carb will be switched out to an EFI system. Disc brakes will replace the rear drums.
