Vehicle Overview

2006 cat eye Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 5.3L LM7. 4x4 crew cab. Came from factory with tow package ,4:10 gears, and aluminum 716 heads. I’ve port and polished the heads. New valve springs valves valve guides etc. kept the stock rocker arms and upgraded the trunons with the Brian tooley racing kit. I also put comp cams hydraulic roller rockers. Matched them with comp cams hardened pushrods. I used ARP head bolts when I installed the heads after getting it back from machine shop. I have shorty headers catless down pipes to 3” back to a single 40’s series flow master muffler. Has a K&N cold air intake, ported throttle body and larger maf sensor. Tuned with Diablo i3 tuner. Has 6” pro comp lift. Bilstein shocks. Sits on 35x12.5 BFGoodrich all terrain K02’s. One piece machined aluminum driveshaft from Action Machine Shop. Eaton trutrac 4:10 posi rear end. Ready for a Truck Norris cam this summer.

Future Plans

Air bags added to rear axle for adjustable rear end and added tow capacity. Coil over conversion for front suspension. Truck Norris camshaft. Dyno tune.
