  • Vehicle Overview

85 C-10 Silverado. Dubbed, Sullivan (Sully). Came with a tired but reliable 350 and a 350 turbo with a manual kick down. I was hesitant to go LS but came across great deal on a low mileage LS1 with a t56. Sold the trans and got a 4l80e. Engine is all stock with Speed Engineering headers and trans crossmember. I went through the harness along with LT1.com and had the pcm programmed by Brandon. Truck started and ran, and had all gears. A few days later it fried the pcm. After a new computer from LSX, I haven’t been able to get it started since. I don’t do computery stuff so after multiple tries and Covid and 2 surgeries, it’s still sitting. I miss my truck. So I broke down and bought a kit.

    Future Plans

Just placed my TXM kit. Once I get this installed and my truck started, I’m gonna spend the next few months just driving it. Then I wanna add some gauges, tubular control arms and a proper rear drop kit. Repair a few small rust spots and then a vintage air kit. At that point, I plan to install a cam, replace my trunion bearings and a few other things to allow for a turbo. Then I’m just gonna enjoy it.
