Vehicle Overview

67 Camaro original SS/RS 350 4speed car. Being restored back to "almost" stock. When originally purchased had a 1984 Corvette smog 350 motor, with a fiberglass tilt front end. Now has a 1970 Z28 375 HP engine. Has been basically setup like a 67 Trans Am race car for autocrossing. , lowered front and rear, stiffer front and rear springs, Koni Shocks, Pertronix ignition, Holley 750 Double pumper on 7 Z28 factory intake Street tires 295/50-R15 rear and 265/50-R15 front on 8 inch Corvette Rally Wheels and Goodyear Blue streak racing tires for autocrossing 8.00-15 on 15X9 US Indy mags and 6.00W-15 front on 15X 8 rally wheels. Tilt front has been replaced with Stock RS front Sheetmetal and hidden headlights along with stock subframe. and converted to Power Disc Brakes in front

Future Plans

Hooker competition Hooker headers, Rear disc Brakes, Modified stock 4 piston Front disc Brakes (J56). Paint using original Royal Plum color. Lowered about another inch. Tubular front A frames, US Indy Mags 15X8 for front. Racing tires. A built 302 using Original year block, or an original 350 block built up

    Charles, I love the Trans Am racing setup on this. Any more photos or a build thread or IG pics available to check out tire fitment? I'm going for a similar look on my 67 but am currently running TTD's without center caps. I'd like to replace the 255's out back and go a little wider without rubbing.
