  • Vehicle Overview

1988 Chevrolet C2500 Silverado with a 383 Stroker and a 700r4 Monster Transmission. When I got the truck it was rusted out and the interior was ripped to shreds by mice, squirrel or something. I ripped the interior out and put in some better but used bits. The bed, hood and doors are off of a parts truck and the same with the interior. The reason the roof is orange is cause the roof was coated in surface rust and I said screw it and to make it my own I made it orange. I swapped the engine out in February of 2019, it had the stock 350 small block and it ran fine but it smoked a little. Its not the original injection system, it has a 650 double pumper on it for now and it runs pretty good, The transmission was replaced in January of 2020 and the original one lasted 175,000 miles and about 6,000 miles on the new engine till I lost 3rd and 4th gear. While the transmission was out I put on a 3.5 inch exhaust but I gotta get a new y-pipe for it cause it has the stock one on it.

    Future Plans

I wanna lower it a bit get some 18 or 17 inch rims on it and make them a little wider than the stock 6 inch wide ones. I wanna lower it a bit to get the center of gravity down and a little bit better on aerodynamics and so it looks a bit better. I'd like to put a LS drive train in it so it's good on gas and makes way better power than what it makes now.
