Vehicle Overview

This is a bone stock 1991 S10 2WD Tahoe. It has the 2.8L v6, a 5-Speed Manual, and roughly 250,000 miles (speedometer is flaky so I do not know the true mileage). It needs a new exhaust from the cat back (it passed emissions though), and the paint is rough. No major body or frame rust, just surface rust. It runs and drives great, but it needs a new clutch master and slave cylinders as the fluid will get low in stop and go traffic (I just keep an bottle of fluid handy). I purchased this from my Grandfather in the Spring of 2019. He passed away in February of 2020 (98-year-old WWII vet and one of my heroes). I use it for trips to Home Depot, Loews and anywhere else I need a truck to hauls stuff. Frequent visits to the local trash/recycling center are common too.

Future Plans

#1 Full detailing (compound to polish), including touching up paint and protecting the frame/underside. #2 is to replace the exhaust and Clutch Master and Slave Cylinders. #3 replace all of the exterior rubber #4 install a "Powertrax 9207762805 No-Slip Traction System (GM 7 5/8", 28 Spline Open)" #5 Bench to bucket conversion and replace the interior carpet and panels #6 install a hidden Bluetooth receiver, amp and some nicer speakers (boat/outdoor speakers) I would LOVE to drop in a 5.3L and 4L60E, but that is a dream at this point.
