Vehicle Overview

Purchased this car in February, 2016. It's been sitting in the garage since then. It all started from a simple header swap and turned into 4 wheel disc brakes, subframe connectors, complete subframe bushing replacement, complete front and rear suspension including rear traction bars mono to three leaf rear springs, front upper and lower tubular control arms and all new steering components. Completely stripped down and rebuild the original 10 bolt rear end with a Duragrip posi and 3.73 gears from an open 2.43 original setup. Also, installed a EFI fuel tank with in-tank pump, all new fuel lines and of course an EFI throttle body unit. The exhaust, which started it all has Flowtech 1-7/8" full length headers followed by a Pypes 3" x pipe and super turbo mufflers. The interior got new carpeting on top of the sound deadening material that was installed from floor pan to firewall, new 3 point seat belts, new custom built (by me) gauge cluster, new B & M shifter, new radio and speakers, auxiliary fuse box and center console. Also, lots of other work has been done to it like upgraded lighting throughout and upgraded wiring throughout and the list goes on. This car has taken a lot of my time and of course money and hopefully it will pay off. It's been a stressful journey, but today, 9/6/2020 is the day that I will (hopefully) be able to finally start the engine for the first time in over 4 years of working on this thing. It won't be completely done and driveable, but at least I can hear it run again and motivate me to complete the puzzle.
