  • Vehicle Overview

In the family since 1967. My mother traded a 1957 Ford Fairlane in on the purchase in 1967. I picked it up from my grandmother in 1974 and have had it since. It's had a 289, 302 and a "few" 351Cs. It currently has a 357C with a .030 over 1972 block, stock 351C crank and rods, old TRW flat top pistons, 1970 4V closed chamber heads ported and filled, Howards hydraulic roller cam, Weiand tunnel ram, dual modified List 1850s. Drive train includes a C4 with a reverse manual valve body, BIondo air shifter and control with a 4600 stall converter by Freakshow Performance. The rear is a Ford 9" with 3" tubes, Mark Williams axles and Richmond 4.56 gears and a spool. Hoosier 275-60-15s provide the track bite. Front wheels are Jegs star and the rears are Ansen slots.
