  • Vehicle Overview

This is my 1967 Chevy Nova, I am the second owner and it's actually my first car. I got the car when I was about 14 (22 now) and I learned how to drive in the car and drove the car to high-school as a drum brake, 283 small block and a power glide trans. Since then the car has gone through some major growth, it has 4 wheel disc brakes from right stuff detailing, the 10 bolt was rebuilt with a Eaton posi and 3.55 gears, it has a th350 with a 2500 stall converter in it with a small block 350 with 202 fuelie heads and a 270h comp cam with fi tech fuel injection. The nova has ran a best 13.54 at 100 mph! It is a factory paint largely all original car esthetically and im going to try and keep it as "original" looking as possible.

    Future Plans

the goal with the car is to try and make it a great all around driver car, I have a 700r4 being built for it and hope to do a suspension swap in the car (church boys racing) and put bucket seats in it and have ac and some of those kind of creature comforts. Engine wise I will be going to a terminator system with coil packs eventually, and then have the aluminum camel hump reproductions from trick flow. To finish it off I will throw a roller cam into it and have a scat rotating assembly to make the little 350 as drivable and most performance that I can to hopefully be able to compete with some of the LS swap cars out there. All while being able to go autocrossing in the car, go drag racing, and be somewhat competitive still. I realize that will be a task but I', ready! I want to put a little hotter small block in it at some point with better injection too so hopefully it can be a high 12s car is my personal goal with this car.

That’s cool bud. Stout little cars they are. I’m 49 and taken a long time to get mine where it is. You’ll get there mate and keep getting those ET’s down. Best of luck Great looking Nova.
