Vehicle Overview
In progress LS swap. Junkyard 5.3 (185,000mi 2006 van), cleaned up pistons, dingle ball honed cylinders, and rings gapped for boost, factory bearings left in place, installed sloppy stage II cam, PAC 1218 valvesprings, melling upgrade rocker arms and proform pushrods, LS2 timing chain guide on factory chain...Heads were cleaned up, valves lapped, new seals installed and light clean up in bowls. Using factory coils with Holley Terminator X Max, decapped truck injectors to start with, and a Super Auto truck intake with truck DBC throttle body. (lipstick on the pig) Have upgraded and replaced Vacuum Assist, master cylinder, proportioning valve, adjustable proportioning valve for rear brakes and replaced all hard and soft lines. Removed A\C box and installed cover. Made fuel hat and baffle for stock fuel tank, run new 1/2" feed and convert stock line to return. Made and install frame connectors.
