  • Vehicle Overview

The car started off as a green 55,000 mile rust free car. I totally stripped the car and had it dustless blasted and Doug at Classic Collision and Restoration in Bryan Texas did the amazing paint a body work. I installed Dynamat and a completely new red interior. I built a 332 stroker using a seasoned Summit Racing remanufactured 302 block. The engine has an Eagle Stroker kit with a forged crankshaft, rods and pistons, Comp Cams hydraulic roller cam, AFR Street/Strip heads, Comp Cams aluminum roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer intake and Holley Ultra Double Pumper 650 carburetor, ARP bolts, ATI balancer, Milodon road race oil pan and pump, Mororso main cap girdle - all balanced and blueprinted. I also put a Tremec TKO600 in and front disc brakes. I also installed a Borgeson power steering box. It has all new suspension parts, new uprated coil spring, leaf springs, KYB shocks and a 1" sway bar. Exhaust is JBA with ceramic coated headers.

    Future Plans

Very soon I will be replacing the 8" diff with a 9" (since I obliterated the 8"!). I have also decided to put Wilwood discs all around at the same time I replace the diff. I will probably be changing to more modern gauges. I am also considering EFI - although the Holley that's on the car runs great.
