Vehicle Overview

Installed is a rebuilt LQ4 6.0L. The block, pistons, rods and crank were sent to a local machine shop for cleaning, polishing, and installation of new cam bearings. The engine was rebuilt using all new gaskets, bearings and piston rings (gapped at .032 for boost) along with ARP rod bolts, main studs and head bolts. A melling high volume oil pump was installed along with an LS2 timing chain and dampener. A Texas Speed 233/239 cam was installed along with dual rate springs with titanium retainers, new valve seals, hardened pushrods, LS7 lifters and a BTR trunnion upgrade. The engine is connected to a rebuilt 4l65e transmission that has been converted to 2 wheel drive. The engine and trans are controlled using a Holley Terminator XMAX. Recent upgrades include a set of 4 piston (Brembo) calipers on the front with R1 Brake Concepts drilled / slotted rotors all the way around. To finish it off a set of new Apex VS-5RS wheels in a staggered fitment. 18x9 front and 18x10.5 in the rear wrapped in Firestone Firehawk Indy 500.
