Worst service I’ve ever had

They send me the wrong part now I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a return slip. I call and call and call nobody picks up, I’ve written 30+ emails with very little response. Never order from these people. Bad service. Hopefully they’ll read this and send it.

Great extra features

Excellent product. Easy to use. Great tech support. Lots of expandable and extra features. Daily updates. I can also make fine adjustments on things like shift points, fan settings etc. Also purchased an extra licence to tune my other vehicle with the same tool.

Excellent features

Definitely a great buy. You can feel a difference in power, torque, and shifting points. Been driving on 87 tune for almost a month while fueling with 89. I don't have an issue with fuel consumption since I have 5.7 WK. I plan on trying 91 tune and give an update when I do so. Overall this is a great tuner for your average daily.

Great tuner

I bought this thing to recalibrate the speedo on my Grand Cherokee after I did a lift and tires. I put in the mid grade tune and adjusted for the tires, and this thing WOKE UP! Idles better, accelerates better, and gets better gas milage (when I keep my foot out of it). Customer service is awesome if you can get passed the long hold times, but fixed the problem I had without issue or delay.

Idle Increase Bug - 6-Speed JK

Quick heads up for anyone purchasing this unit with intent to increase their idle on a 6-speed JK...it will not work. The increased idle feature does not hold the selected setting and continuously returns to factory when coming to a stop (street and trail). After going through several custom tune files, we were unable to fix the bug. Unit returned.

Update to prior review

After many attempts. I did get it to update and work. The customer service representative walked me through the issue of no memory. The unit still does not so wifi it freezes everytime. I noticed some difference in 91 tune but no. Matter what time my gas mpg Is like 13 even on the higher mpg tune. But it does work now.

Disabled MDS

I bought this to disable MDS. I was nervous messing with my pcm. I updated it on the pc plugged it in to my obd2 port then it needed a wifi update to capture my Vin info. then I modified the stock tune and good to go!
