What could be better than winning the weekend at the drag strip? How about winning your first NHRA National event Wally, in your home state? That's what ACCEL Performance Group's own Aaron Allison did July 4th weekend in at the NHRA Summit Racing Equipment Nationals at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio. With a killer reaction time of .008, Allison ran dead on to finish .008 over his dialed in time, in the Stock Eliminator finals. Allison runs the full gamut of MSDP Brands equipment in his 1998 Pontiac Firebird. For ignition power and programmability the MSD 6AL2 is put into service as well as MSD Super Conductor wires routed to an MSD Optispark with an MSD Crank Trigger providing the accurate signals. Aaron utilizes a ACCEL coil and spark plugs, Mr Gasket Gaskets, and Quick Time Bellhousing. After this win Aaron has moved up to 18th out of nearly 1000 competitors in the NHRA World Points Standings. Aaron, who has grown up in a racing family, brought his passion and expertise to the ACCEL Performance Group, where he plays a major role in the engineering and production of racing and performance products, as our Executive Vice President of Technology.
