Congratulations to our own Todd Veney who had the biggest win of his career at the NHRA Nationals at Summit Motorsports Park on July 4th weekend. This was Veney's first win at a national event, and his third win in his last four races. This national win adds to his 10 regional wins. Currently Todd and his team are ranked #1 in the Eastern Region and just 10 points out of first place in the national standings. Todd runs a '14 Chevy Camaro top alcohol funny car, crew chiefed by Jay Blake, equipped with a 526 Hemi and tuned by Tom Howell. Also in attendance was World Champion and Hall of Fame drag racer Ken Veney, Todd's father, making the victory even more memorable. During the week, Todd is our copywriter and brings a tremendous amount of racing and automotive knowledge to our marketing department.
