Paul and Christy Woosley's '63 Impala is no trailer queen – the couple drives it every day, rain or shine, around town and even on vacations. The classic '63, dubbed "Elsa," is the closest thing they could find to his grandfather's '64. Powered by a 327 small-block Chevy with a 700R4 Turbo-Hydramatic transmission, the car used to have fueling issues, and for a while, Paul even considered doing an LS swap. But, other than the carburetor there was nothing wrong with the period-correct 327 that was already under the hood, so he kept it, and it's turned out to be everything they dreamed it would be – after they switched to Sniper EFI.
