Rear Differential Carnage

I started to hear a loud whining out of the rear differential last fall. I thought I had damaged the gears. Once I got it apart I found out I had broken the carrier. It broke the bearing end off the carrier. It was the 40 year old gears and carrier that came with the car, so it was time to upgrade. It is a GM 8.5" 10 bolt, so I went with a Detroit TrueTrac carrier, 3.90 gears, Moser 30 spline axles and Moser C-Clip eliminator. I also changed the driveshaft and yokes from 1310 U-Joints to 1350 U-Joints.
