68 Cougar Pro-Touring / Resto-mod

This build has been going on for the last 8 years . The car has been in the family since 1969. I started by stripping the car down to a bare shell and repairing and modifing just about every inch of this thing. This has been a total "garage build" as all the work has been done by myself in my small shop at home. Everything from rust repair to body and paint to electrical to suspension to mechanical to etc etc ... One thing I've learned is that you can't fail with quality parts. That's not to say that you "have" to spend $1500 a wheel , when there are top quality wheels to be had for $450 a piece. Another thing that I've learned is to not be afraid to fail , that's how you learn .
