    • Vehicle Overview

    56,800 original miles. I have owned it 30 years since 1989. It is an original Southern California car. In addition to the big block CJ engine, it is backed by a Ford top loader close ratio 4 speed going into a 3:25 Posi 9 inch 31 spline rear axle. I rebuilt the engine (balanced and blue printed) 14 years ago bored CJ block "30 over with Dove roller rockers, Comp cam and Holley 750 carb. It has 3,000 miles on the rebuild. While the engine was out, I installed a 12" McCleod clutch and pressure plate along with a mini high torque starter. I recently (in the past three months) went through the entire brake system. I replaced the master cylinder, brake booster, brake hoses, rear drums and brake cylinders, and front brake pads.

    Future Plans

    Repair anything that needs repair. Install in the ashtray pod 2 Stewart Warner Green line Gauges (water temperature and oil pressure). Possibly buy new alloy Magnum 500 15"rims to replace my chrome rims that are beginning to rust fro the ocean air.
