1960 Ford F-100

Vehicle Overview

I bought this truck when I was 16 years old. I started hot rodding it then and I haven't stopped! It sits on a 1972 F-100 chassis, which has been unprofessionally lowered 1-1/2 inches. It has a Ford AOD trans with a healthy shift kit and a stall torque converter The engine is a freshly built 347. I upgraded to a full Sniper EFI system last year, complete with a dual sync distributor. Recent upgrades include Detroit locker 3:70 gear, Wilwood disc brakes up front.

Future Plans

This is a tru street rod. I have street slicks to install and some other NHRA safety features (driveshaft loop, safety belts, etc). My buddy and I plan to run it at Rocky Mountain Raceweek in June 2022.
