I found my Nova as a stripped down shell that needed some love. Went out on a whim and took my insurance money from an accident, and decided that it would be a "solid investment." Got it running and driving with a sbc 350 and a th400 behind it while attending college, made a great daily driver for around campus. Eventually tore the transmission up, let it sit too long without replacing it, and then got to thinking that it would look great with an LS motor powering it! She is always an ongoing project and will never be perfect, but I'm okay with that, because I've been the one to do everything to it start to finish, and it's all one big learning process but there is nothing better
