  • Vehicle Overview

Resto-mod Cutlass. I have dubbed this a Cutlass W-30v morphing the Dr. Olds W-30 machine and the CTSv. Since that is what this car is. I spent the most money I have ever spent on an engine and transmission (full driveline) for one of my projects. I got a 2013 Cadillac CTSv drive line to put into my 71 Cutlass. The motor is a bespoke motor from GM that they only put into the CTSv’s, Corvettes and ZL1 Camaros. It is called an LSA by GM it’s a supercharged LS backed by a 6-speed auto transmission. I am very excited to have 650ish modern horsepower in my Old’s… What has been done. 1) CPP Stage 2 tubular front and rear suspension 2) CPP 4-wheel disc brakes with hydro boost 3) All new larger sway bars 4) 3:92 12-bolt BOP Posi 5) 442 Interior (for the time being) 6) Dakota Digital gauges 7) Replaced factory AC with the vintage air unit 8) 2012 Cadillac CTSv coupe LSA and 6L90e 9) Full 2.5-inch exhaust 10) ATI Damper and 5% drive pulley 11) Dirty Dingo Motorsport Front Drive for all my accessories 13) Lokar Sport Shifter 14) Flowmaster Headers 15) Ron Davis Radiator and Intercooler setup 16) Mighty Mouse Oil Catch Can setup 17) Etc.………. to dam much to list

    Future Plans

I just ordered the Tiger cage and expected to have that installed ASAP. I did clean the paint up and use 12.2" wide back tires on 18" rims; it still roasts the tires, but it now hooks upright.
