  • Vehicle Overview

Very early production 1968 Barracuda Fastback. The engine is a performance-built long-rod 225 Slant-6 that appears stock(ish) and is backed by an HD 904 3-speed automatic with shift improver kit and 2800 RPM stall, 7.25" rear, 14" rims (8.25" rear and 15" wheel upgrade soon), manual drum brakes (disks soon), and power steering. The interior is stock with the original steering wheel, bench seat, AM single-speaker radio, and early production bright buckle seat belts. Updates include a V8 tach mounted in the factory location and configured to work with an inline-6 engine, reconditioned instrument panel, electronic ignition upgrade, Hotchkiss adjustable shocks at all four corners, new wiring harness cowl-forward, and a long-rod Performance 225 engine making approximately 235-HP & 280-Ft/Lbs of torque.
