  • Vehicle Overview

My 1964 Polara has been a long work in progress. It has its original TF727 trans and Poly318 small block. Equipped with a Pertronix Points Eliminator and Holley 2bbl carb. We drove the car in 2018 from Central Texas all the way to Vegas on Rt 66 and Back for SEMA. Making all the glitchy classic Americana touristy stops!

    Future Plans

The car has just returned from paint, keeping the white patina’d body with the rough rust spots repaired and fauxtina’d. The roof is Matrix Candy Red with Tropical Glitz Metal Flake, blended with more fauxtina into the white ok the C Pillar giving the illusion that it’s below the white paint layer. The goal for this car is to be a “rough” old vintage nascar with a little custom flair. The car will be lettered by Kate with Aspahlt Canvas Custom Art with various vintage sponsor logos and my grandfather’s dealership logo they owned in the 60s. Engine is more than likely due to budget is to keep the poly 318 with a rebuild for more power with cam, stroked kit, head work, and TTI headers. The seats have been custom covered by Fox Auto and Boat Trim and awaiting install on some interior repairs. Suspension will be upgraded to QA1 upgrades in the front.
