Vehicle Overview

So many things wrong with vehicle selection. This girl is a 1961 APACHE. She is a C15 NOT a C10. There is a 1969 large journal 327 (5.3L) installed with original script 283 valve covers. Have 64cc double hump heads. Came with a factory 12 bolt POSITRACTION rear end. Uses the sm420 4 speed. The body damage is from brake line failure some 20 years ago...

Future Plans

Looking at the 2 barrel TBI upgrade. Rochester 2G carburetors are getting scarce due to deteriorating cores. Working on interior updates, the seat is pretty far gone. No parts available for the original rear end. Had to change 3rd member to an open differential. Looking to install a later 14 bolt posi from a newer Chevy truck.
