Vehicle Overview

Built 7/3/1970 in St.Louis (Leeds plant), sold originally in OK, purchased thru HMN, north of Boston, southwest car, no rust, sun damage to interior and rubber. an old gal with 102,000 miles on her , leaking radiator, cracked windshield, non-original motor and TH400, had both quarters replaced prior to my purchase, due to rough use and at least 1 front fender. Into the body shop, fresh paint, glass, chrome, bumpers, grill, new wheels and tires (American VN500's/BFG 235/70R-15's), later model GM "sport mirrors". Upholstery shop for sound mat, all new black interior w/mid-70's Monte Carlo bench seat w/fold down arm rest, 3 point shoulder belts w/retractors, carpeted back wall, headliner,etc. To home shop for fresh VortecPro 467BBC (dyno'd 540 hp/580 ft/lbs corr. to sea level), Holley 770 Street Avenger, Pertonix HEI, Hedman Headers w/2.5" exhaust system, ATI TH400 w/converter, Moser 3.42 12 bolt rear w/TruTrac posi., Air Lift bags, Spohn adj. upper and lower rear control arms, new KYB gas shocks. 1.25" front sway bar, 1" rear bar . New 4 core radiator, repop wiring harnesses, tinted glass, PS. factory P.disc brakes, AM/PB radio, stainless brake lines, LineLoc, oil, volt & temp gauges/ Sun tach added. Fresh lipstick, paint and power to an old gal. Long term extensive, expensive project.

Install stainless fuel tank and stainless 3/8" fuel line 12.7 ratio steering box (done) rear lighting harness (done)
