Vehicle Overview

Bought it dirt cheap, it needed a LOT of work - it's at least 20% scrap yard, but it's very comfortable now.. It was a pursuit vehicle for the Texas DPS, now it's just a very rowdy fun driver.. still has the 345 hemi, but the heads are ported, has a slightly more rowdy cam, new timing chain, long tube headers, the cheapest racing cats I could get from Summit and 2' glass packs on the back - it sounds amazing, drives great and actually just hung some drilled and slotted rotors on this today. Because it's the cop version, it can be manually shifted and still has the red cop light in the interior..

Future Plans

So much still left to do. If I'm being honest, it kinda feels like the bottom end of this is getting a little tired, it's got 150,000 cop miles on it so I'm looking around for another engine I can rebuild while this one keeps going.. Of course, I'm thinking boost, new coil packs, the interior could be nicer, thinking about swapping out the front cop seats for some nice ones out of the junkyard and eventually deal with the little dings here and there, but actually, the body buffed out pretty well - when I first got it, the hood, trunk and roof were white, so replaced hood and trunk and sprayed the roof (after fixing the antennae holes, etc..
