Great Regulator (Mallory-4307M/MSD-29388)

This is an awesome regulator, but it suffers ill fate at the hands of those who wish to use a Mallory Fuel Pump w/built-in Regulator, as there is no Bypass Spacer included in the packaging/parts bag, like that which comes with the 4309/29387 regulator, possibly because it is a "marine" regulator and there is no "marine" pump, so Mallory overlooked the Bypass Spacer being needed. FWIW, many who designed a fuel system with a return, or installed a regulator in their vehicle that came equipped with a return line and chose to install a Mallory Pump and Regulator have banged their head for reasons including, insufficient fuel pressure, running fuel (starving) out of the carburetor bowl(s), etc. A great percentage of those trashed their Mallory units as well as the brand's reputation, for lack of knowing. Installation instructions are now showing (on all related parts) that there is a Bypass Spacer needed on the 110-140 series pumps. They had not all* showed this before and the 4307M still* does not show this. Word has it, a brass spacer 0.309" in diameter x 0.320" long is what is needed. I am going to have a set screw machined to a full dogpoint, to accommodate that extra length.
