The unit doesn't update; its specifically for.my vehicle yet tells me it's not compatible. ZERO AND I MEAN ZERO customer service or tech support. This is an absolute disgrace. Its absolutely pathetic what you get and what you spend. Complete garbage.

Overall a very easy installation process! Only thing I would mention is make sure you buy the right pillar. I have a Ram 1500 and the pillar I installed to use this adapter placed it a little to the left to I had to customize it a little bit. Would be great if they came out with a custom pillar for the Ram 1500 so it would sit perfectly without having to customize it. Overall Very Satisfied & I Would Buy It Again & Again!!!
