  • Vehicle Overview

There has not been anything thing that has not been touched on this truck. It’s a 1964 Dodge D-300 that’s has a custom frame. Running Ridetech Strongarm suspension and shockwaves on all four corners. 4 link in the back hooked to a Moser engineering 9” ford with a Yukon nodular case with 390 tru-track gears and 31 spline axles. Up front is a 2006 ls out of a Cadillac Escalade that has been worked over with Holley goodies. Running a holley sniper intake and fuel rails with 42lb. injectors. Also running Blackheart headers 2 5/8 into 3” collectors. 3” exhaust runs into Blackwidow mufflers that turns down just before the rear end. I have a 22 gallon ATL fuel cell, fuel is pumped through two micron Holley fuel filters before going to the motor. The tranny is a T-56 magnum 6 speed with a single disc clutch. There is Baer brakes on all 4 corners to help stop the goat. The wheels I’m running are American Racing forged wheels, 18x12 on the rear and 18x 10 on the front, the wheels are wrapped in BfGoodrich rival s tires. Im running 2 Optima red top batteries. I have corbeau race seats with racequip 5 harness seatbeats. The truck is painted wicked white with airbrushed patina to make it look like it was just pulled out of a barn. I’m building the truck to run autocross, the truck is super fun to drive, it handles like a sports car thanks to the help of Ridetech, Turnone, Baer brakes and BfGoodrich tires.

    Future Plans

I plan on in stalling a sweptline short bed on it this winter and installing inner metal tub in the engine bay to give me more turn radius. The truck will look completely different come show time next year. I may go with a bigger wheel and tire combo in the front, not sure yet.

That is a badass truck man. My friend had a 68 sweptline 455 olds big block that was badass. I love that body style. Would love to get my hands on a quad cab one.
