Factory-style stamped steel control arms for the 2nd Gen F-Body (1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird) have been out of production for many years. The limited options have been rebuilding "used" parts or upgrading to tubular control arms. The "used" control arms must be sandblasted, painted, and rebuilt with new components. The tubular control arms are fine for the race-inspired crowd but don't look right on a restored car or more classic-themed car. PROFORGED has solved this problem with these replacement upper control arms. They are new stampings identical to stock factory parts to retail the stock suspension geometry and come complete with heavy-duty ball joints, rubber bushings, and black EDP (electro-deposit primer) coating for corrosion protection.
