Amazing product!

I just purchased this system for my 2017 Silverado 1500 5.3 liter. The fit and finish is incredible and the sound is exactly what I was looking for - a smooth, mellow rumble that growls upon acceleration. No popping or cracking when decelerating either. Installation took less than one hour without a vehicle lift. Simply cut off the factory donut clamp bolt and cut the tailpipe just behind the muffler.I really like the fact that the entire system is 304 stainless and that the tip is welded to the tailpipe - it looks clean and won’t fall off. The clamps included for the rest of the system are heavy duty too. I do realize the 2017 model isn’t listed as a supported model but nothing changed between 2014 & 2018. I also reached out to Holley about this - they simply said it wasn’t verified for fitment. I was confident enough to make the purchase and am glad I did. This is a great cat-back system and kudos to Holley/Hooker for making a quality product. There isn’t another system of this quality at this price - period.

Sounds Great, Easy Install

I have the Trinity 2 and wanted a new exhaust to go with it. I did away with my modified factory exhaust and installed the Hooker Blackheart. I was able to remove the old and install the old by myself and the install took about 35minutes. The truck sounds great and is a great addition to complement the Trinity 2. The sound is perfect, not too agressive, but sounds much better than factory.
