Introducing Flowmaster's new FlowFX Axle-back exhaust system for the 2015-19 Ford Mustang with 2.3L EcoBoost and 3.7L V6 engines. This system is perfect for the person looking for a deep refined exterior sound while maintaining a tame interior sound level with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from Flowmaster. New features include a pair of oval FlowFX "straight-through" performance mufflers with a large 3.00-inch core for maximum performance and a deep sound. The mufflers are constructed from bright 409S stainless steel and are finished off with 4.00-inch polished stainless steel exhaust tips embossed with the Flowmaster logo to compliment the factory cutouts in the rear valance. Designed for easy installation this system includes all necessary parts, hardware, and detailed instructions. Note: Fits Coupes and Convertibles. Requires cutting the factory exhaust system.

The deep tone I was searching for.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything, but I'll make the exception for the Flowmaster FlowFX axel back system. I also have the Flowmaster Scavenger series resonator delete Y-pipe. This combination gives a deep tone, without all the raspy loud popping that others produce. It was just what I was looking for, for my 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. Classic British sports car tone. Mellow and refined and NO DRONE

This was EXACTLY the tone I was looking for. Makes those classic British sports car noises like an old X or E type Jaguar or Aston. Feline; purrs at idle, growls accelerating and yowls when wound up to redline. Think James bond in his Aston or other old Brit spy and sports car movies. Totally passed the "wife test". She wanted to go out to eat as soon I I came from the Muffler shop (Smith Bros. in N.Ky.) When she got out from behind the wheel she was all smiles ! Tech had to do some torch and prybar work to get the driver's side hanging clear of i.r.s. cradle. That's why I'm giving four stars. 2017 V6 fastback 6-speed manual.

Just had this installed today and I love it. Finally an exhaust that is deep and sounds great on the 2.3l. Only one I found that doesn't make the EcoBoost sound like a tuner car. Thank you Holly and Flowmaster
