This American Thunder® exhaust system comes as a complete true dual headers-back exhaust for your 1969 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird with V8 engine. These dual systems feature 2.50-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum performance, includes a built-in H-pipe/balance tube flowing into a pair of Super 44® mufflers that deliver a moderate to aggressive interior and exterior tone and are suited to the enthusiast who wants their performance to be heard. The 2.50-inch tailpipes exit straight out under the rear bumper and are finished off with 2.50-inch angle-cut brushed stainless steel tips and includes all hangers and necessary hardware for installation. Like all Flowmaster® systems, the benefits include improved throttle response, power and mileage. Note: Does not fit Convertible models without modification to the factory X-brace. You will need to shim the brace with 3/8-inch of spacers, or replace the factory X-brace with Hotchkis Suspension part# 1404 X-brace.
