ADS Suspension’s Bronco Tubular Suspension system is engineered to deliver race-level durability and precision to both daily-driven and off-road Ford Broncos (2021–2024). Built from high-strength DOM steel tubing or billet aluminum (depending on the application), these control arms are designed to replace the factory components with parts that can handle punishing off-road terrain. The tubular design not only increases rigidity but also corrects suspension geometry when the vehicle is lifted, improving caster and camber alignment for more predictable handling and reduced tire wear.

Each arm features heavy-duty bushings made from acetal copolymer or polyurethane to minimize flex and deflection under load. This design helps maintain consistent suspension behavior through articulation, while also improving feedback and control at higher speeds. Many kits are adjustable, allowing fine-tuning for various lift heights—up to roughly 4 inches in the front and 6 inches in the rear—making them ideal for performance builds that combine ADS shocks, coilovers, and larger tires. Durable powder-coated finishes, high-grade hardware, and rebuildable components ensure long service life even in harsh conditions.

The result is a suspension upgrade that balances strength, alignment accuracy, and off-road performance. With ADS Tubular Control Arms installed, Bronco owners gain more confidence tackling rocky trails, desert washes, or daily commutes, without sacrificing comfort or reliability. Designed to pair seamlessly with ADS’s own shock and coilover systems, the tubular suspension setup transforms the Bronco into a more capable, stable, and controlled platform—ready for everything from weekend adventures to full-on desert racing.
