In terms of pure performance, the Buick Regal probably doesn't rank highly on most people's list. However, it was built on the versatile G-Body platform which allows for various engine swaps and a litany of performance parts to bolt right in. GM knew this too as the humble Regal was the base for the legendary Buick Grand National.
