First glimpse...

So the story starts back in 2005. I was at a friends house and his step dad rolls in with this old truck. At the time I had no idea what a 1966 c10 really was. I just knew he worked on it all the time. Over about a 4 year span I watched him build a motor, tube and lay wood in the bed, relocate the fuel tank and battery, and then enjoy at a few car shows. Fast forward 16 years I was on the hunt for a chevelle. Having minimal luck finding a car that was up to my standards and my bank account big enough to purchase it lol. I thought about the old 66 c10 I saw all those years ago. One phone call later I was lined up to see it...... well let's just say i know now what I didnt know then. A 66 c10 with silver racing stripes and a nasty sounding cam is pretty freaking cool. And is also in my garage.. lol
