Sniper troubles

Removed the entire Sniper EFI system from the engine. Built a rig to bench test the setup with battery power, keyed power, temp and O2 sensors, and Hyperspark distributor, without fuel. By spinning the distributor the ECU sensed rpm and would cycle the injectors, but it would not output tach signal on the white wire, causing the Hyperspark system to not produce spark. Editing config with handheld or with PC software USB link could not fix the lack of spark output.

Reinstalled the EFI ECU on the engine, but set to Coil (-) signal along with a good HEI distributor to get the engine running again.
