Vehicle Overview

Car was licensed for only ten years, and 116000 miles. It lanquished outside in western Oregon until it was rescued by a convertible collecter around 1979. We purchased the car in 1999 with plans to restore it. The car was beat from bumper to bumper. I looked like it must have been owned by the mentally challanged character from the 1940 film classic Tobacco Road. Over time We have replaced the floor pans, removed dents, corrected factory body alignment defects and have the body near ready for paint. We rebuilt the engine and the 904 torqflite transmission. The front brakes have been upgraded to discs from a later A Body, 1976 Dart, and an aftermarket booster added. The ignition system has been upgaded to standard Mopar electronic ignition from the 1970s. A 2 barrel intake manifold was also added.

Future Plans

As the budget allows: paint, interior, and Holley Sniper fuel injection.
