Vehicle Overview

Not in show room condition. Very drive-able. No rust. Heaps of cowboy mechanical to rectify. Fitted a Holley 570 Avenger and H.E.I Ignition for reliability. (XRi fails after it warms up.)

Rule is to keep her on the road! (Talk to Jan!) Needed to replace hacked 580 carb with the 570 Avenger & H.E.I. Ignition - sorted the pop-pop thing at idle and gives great highway performance - not interested in doing anything other than touring around New Zealand. Bringing her up to stock like show condition quietly (with some performance improvements to keep her reliable on the road.) Includes upgrading front suspension with CamLock - heavier sway - new shocks. Looking for original 14" rims - have secured a full set of original caps. Will add brake booster along the way. Will need to shape canister to fit over alt distributor. All upholstery needs to be revisited. Already fitted 3 point belts to allow legal transport of young grand daughter. (She loves the car and is sound asleep with 10 minutes.)
