The 3rd Generation Sierra sat on a new chassis that houses GM's latest entry in the small block V8 history books: The Gen V LT. The 4.3L V6 now makes as much power as some of the Gen 3 5.3L engines, and the line-topping 6.2L is good for 420 hp. Not too shabby for a full-size pickup truck.
