These Holley Transmission Installation Kits come complete with everything you need to bolt a T-56 or Magnum transmission to a Gen III Hemi Engine. Built with a mixture of our best brands, this kit includes an aluminum bellhousing with dual starter options and dust shields, billet steel flywheel, dual disc clutch and pressure plate, hydraulic release bearing, roller pilot bearing, and all Grade 8/10.9 hardware needed to install these components. The included LK7100K Bellhousing kit is a compact, lightweight, and inexpensive option for transmission swaps not needing SFI certification. It attaches in a factory-like manner to stock or Holley oil pans, offers dual starter pockets, includes a block plate for starter alignment, and also contains starter block-off plates. A 10.5-inch organic sprung hub top disc with a 10.5-inch organic solid hub bottom disc provides the superior grip needed for the strip, while the matched diaphragm style pressure plate provides a pedal feel comfortable enough for the street. This provides maximum clamping pressure and transmits that through a Billet steel flywheel. The release bearing is a floating design and features large O-rings and PTFE backup rings in the grooves to help eliminate leakage and offer a long service life. A snap ring on the front of the piston prevents overtravel and keeps from pushing the bearing off the sleeve. The sealed bearing snaps in place and is easily serviceable. Kits include bearing assembly, bearing retainer (where required), mounting hardware, adjustment shims, and -3AN bleed line. The incluced roller pilot bearing is a must when swapping because it allows the Gen III Hemi to accept the GM-style transmission properly. In addition, roller pilot bearings reduce parasitic drag that can cause transmission wear and hard shifting. Pre-greased and ready for installation.
